We are currently working with a Semiconductor company located in the heart of Downtown Toronto that is looking for top talent to support an upcoming period of rapid change.

Their first priority is finding a Financial Analyst who specializes in Data Room set up and Due Diligence preparation and reporting. This position will be contract-based to start based on the immediate requirements on the role, however, there is strong potential for extension and/or permanency based on the caliber of the successful candidate. The successful candidate MUST have hands on experience with Great Plains, and an advanced level of Microsoft Excel skills and reporting.

Qualifications
The successful candidate will have the following:

•College or University education in the Finance & Accounting field
•MUST have previous experience with Great Plains and advanced-level Excel
•5+ years of experience with Financial Analysis, Virtual Data Rooms and Due Diligence
•High-level of Canadian experience and understanding of Canadian GAAP
•Previous M&A exposure is a strong Asset
•Ability to work independently and with minimal training
•Strong presentation and analytical skills
•10/10 English written and verbal communication skills
•CPA completion or in progress is preferred
•Based in Toronto
