You will have the chance to evolve, as an electro mechanic, in a refrigerated plant where the human side and the health and safety aspect are part of the company's primary values.
Advantages
For the position of Electro-mechanic, you will work from Friday to Sunday from 6:00 am to 6:30 pm for a total of 36 hours per week, but you will be paid 40 hours per week.
In addition, you will work in a refrigerated environment, approximately 4°C, but the coat, lab coat and boots are provided by the company.

- 80% paid by the employer (visual and dental included)
- Group RRSP after 1 year
- 2 weeks vacation

Responsibilities
As an Electro-mechanic, your main responsibilities will be:
- Carry out problem diagnosis, troubleshooting and repair of the production equipment of the factory (Troubleshooting);
- Perform preventive / corrective maintenance on equipment and provide solutions to technical problems encountered in production;
- Participate in shutdowns, modifications, planned maintenance of machines in the factory;
- Participate actively in the implementation and optimization of machine safety;
- Adopt a safe behavior at all times and have a heightened vigilance in the execution of his work tasks;
- Participation in continuous improvement workshops;
- Perform all other related tasks.
Qualifications
The Electro-mechanic must have the following qualifications:
DEP or DEC in industrial mechanics or electro-mechanics or maintenance - (Licence C an asset);
Knowledge of MS office suite (Excel, Word, Outlook);
Experience in the food industry, in processes and production lines;
2 years experience in a similar position (asset);
Good mechanical knowledge and ability to perform manual tasks;
Good mechanical knowledge and ability to perform manual tasks; Ability to perform physical efforts and good knowledge to move heavy equipment;
Ability to do plumbing work (e.g. threading a pipe, etc.);
Diagnostic skills and knowledge of pneumatic, hydraulic and hydrodynamic equipment;
Knowledge and skills to TIG weld in order to perform sanitary welds;
Ability to work in a team environment (team player);
Ability to work in a team environment (team player); Ability to be well organized and have a well-structured work method
Ability to determine the degree of importance of priorities;
Thoroughness, Interpersonal skills, Attendance, Initiative, Communication skills;
A developed sense of autonomy, ability to manage his/her own time vs. the workload to be done;
Enjoy challenges, attention to detail and able to work under pressure.
