The Randstad Construction team is currently working closely with one of well known Green Energy Construction Company, currently on the lookout for Electrical Superintendent to be part of their Calgary team.

Your new role
If you are a highly motivated Electrical Superintendent and possess a minimum of 5 + years of recent hands-on renewable construction experience and enjoys working in a dynamic project environment then this opportunity is for you!

In this role, you will oversee the construction activities related to any electrical scope of work, a strong understanding of the contract and ensure it is well communicated to the trades or subcontractors, prepare monthly and weekly reports, daily time sheet approval, and the ability to mentor assistant superintendents and foremen in their professional goals.

What you'll need to succeed:
* High school diploma and technical trade certifications/diploma or any relevant experience
* Provide solutions to production problems and technical issues
* Supervisory and strong communication skills, both written and verbally
* Being able to adapt to on-site inclement atmospheric condition
* You must hold a current driving license to travel to the construction site on a rotation.
