Randstad Canada is looking to hire a permanent Electrician for our reputable client in Ancaster. We are looking for skilled tradesperson specializing in electrical wiring of buildings, transmission lines, mechanical production machinery and related equipment. Shifts: Rotating continental shifts
Pay rate: $38.49/hour - $0.60/hr premium for night shift

Responsibilities:
-Reporting to the maintenance manager, the Electrician is responsible for providing support to all departments of the bakery
-Conduct repairs of production equipment
-Perform preventative measures to control production shut downs
-Trouble shoot any mechanical breakdowns to ensure productivity loss is at a minimum
-Adhere to all company GMPs
-Support a clean work area
-Take part as an active member for continuous improvement
-Provide shift reports outlining parts used, downtime and root analysis

Qualifications
Requirements:

-Industrial Electrician - 309a or 442a
-3-5 years experience
-Knowledge of: Drives, electrical circuits, control wiring, electrical code
-Clear background check (Administered by us)
-Rotating continental shifts
-Sense of urgency for line production times
-Service and detail oriented
-Physical demands include reaching, bending, walking and lifting up to 50lbs
