Are you an Industrial Electrician with experience working within a food or pharma facility? Do you have experience working with Fanuc robots and high speed packaging equipment? Do you like to work in facilities that smell great and are extremely clean?
We are looking for an Electrician for the Brantford area. This position is ideal for someone who likes to have lots of time off, and, who wants to continue growing their knowledge by fully paid for training programs! This position is for the preventative maintenance team.

What will you be doing as an Electrician for this organization?:

- working with a mechanical partner
- working in a relaxed environment as part of a tight knit team
- performing regular preventative maintenance on a newer, highly automated facility
- performing some mechanical work as well as needed
- modifying Allan Bradley PLC's and using them for troubleshooting
- working with Fanuc robotics (no experience with this? No worries - use your education fund to go to school to become an expert!)

- amazing continental shift - 2 on, 2 off. You work 7 days out of a 2 week schedule! Shift starts at 5:45 am - 6 pm, and 5:45 pm - 6 am.
- negotiable to have benefits start from day 1
- $39.98 hourly to start with increases at 6 months and 12 months
- pension matching up to 4%
- ridiculously low premiums for benefits - only $12.50 per month for a family!
- strong social program in place - Canada's Wonderland days, Baseball games, BBQ's, etc.
- can negotiate on vacation time for the right candidate (it's not a guarantee to start at more then ESA)

- 309A or 442A Electrician (unfortunately, Electrician apprentice's will not be considered at this time)
- ideally you have experience working within a highly automated facility
- experience working with Fanuc Robotics is a bonus
- previous food or pharma experience is a huge bonus (HACCP)
- previous experience working within a facility with refrigeration is ideal, but not required (Refrigeration B license - will have a higher rate of pay)
- familiar working with a variety of computer programs
- able to lift up to 50 lbs
- willingness to perform mechanical tasks as well as electrical tasks
- able to pass a criminal record check
- live within a 45 minute commute of Brantford
