    We are looking for a team-oriented journeyman Electrician to join a growing night shift maintenance team, with a well-established organization, who is a leader in their industry.

    Responsibilities
    Be a key player on the night shift team (7pm to 7 am, 4 days on - 4 days off. Rotating)
    Embody a safety-first culture while continuously improving standards

    What will you be doing?
    • Attending to emergency breakdowns
    • Reactive and Predictive work on VFDs (including trouble shooting and root cause analysis)
    • Performing preventative maintenance on conveyors
    • Troubleshooting, upgrading, and emergency repairs on equipment and machinery
    • Performing troubleshooting and modifications on PLC controls and programming systems (including ABB robotics)
    • Performing minor fixes
    • Adjustment and installation of equipment
    • Continuous improvement initiatives

    Qualifications
    What we are looking for in a candidate?

    - Needs to have a Electrical Journeyman certificate (or a Red Seal)
    - Working knowledge of machinery
    - Experience working in the food or high-speed packaging industry
    - Some PLC knowledge is required
