Responsibilities
• onnector installing, aligning, and polishing.
• Operating mini-cutting and polishing machines
• Using microscopes and lasers to verify quality and process
• Read and comprehend communication design reports and simple CAD drawings pertaining to work assigned
• Provide status updates on any roadblocks
• Able to identify problems, make a diagnosis, and make corrections as needed
• Complete daily paperwork (update “as built” documents, timesheets etc.)
• Clean and maintain tools, equipment, and work area
Qualifications
• Experience in small electronic or fiberglass assemblies (2yrs)
• Use Microscope and Gauges (Vernier, Height, and flatness gauges, etc.)
• Demonstrate effective decision-making skills under pressure, as well as working efficiently under limited supervision
• Must be able to operate small hand and power tools in a safe manner
• Good communication skills with all team members
• Willingness to learn new skills
