records management program
• Provide regular updates to leadership on the progress of the initiative
• Build and maintain professional relationships with appropriate Toronto Hydro staff to
drive effective problem solving and collaboration
• Review, develop and provide input to documents and business processes to support
leading practices
• Analyze operational challenges and provide solutions to determine best options to solve
these problems

Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Contractor, Release Manager to join our team. The successful
candidate will be responsible for managing the Release Management process, including planning, scheduling,
co-ordinating and communication of production releases. The Release Manager will also manage and lead the
release management team, including mentoring for day to day operational support.
