    The Embedded Systems Manager, who will work within the company's embedded systems young and exciting development environment., will be responsible for planning new software engineering projects and coordinate new server-based products!

    Our client is a company located in Saint-Eustache (QC), with headquarters in the Bahamas and Florida in the USA. It's the fastest technology growing company in the US.

    They are a High Tech leading company in the world security for over 30 years with global sales to over 65 countries!

    Our client, an expert and largest distributor of security systems, motion detectors, motion cameras and access controllers.

    With personalized service and innovative technology since 1989, the R/D team introduced in 2001 an extensive range of wireless systems, including their award-winning all-in-one console!

    In 2007, they proudly introduced advanced communication modules using GSM and IP, and in-field firmware upgradeable hardware.

    Responsibilities
    Your main responsibilities:

    - Perform hands-on software engineering tasks as a member of the team.
    - Participate in planning new software engineering projects.
    - Coordinate new product releases or product changes.
    - Participate in product improvements and issue resolution.
    - Ensure accuracy and consistency of engineering documentation.
    - Promote and maintain the highest possible environment of teamwork and collaboration.
    - Encourage team member growth and development.

    Qualifications
    The main qualifications to have:

    - Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, or related technical field.
    - Firmware development- at least 5 years experience.
    - 2 years of experience managing a software development team.
    - Familiar with C, C++.
    - Strong verbal and written communications skills.
    - Self-directed, analytical, and team player.

    Other great assets that will be considered :

    - Experience in developing Firmware for Embedded products.
    - Experience with microcontrollers, drivers, and low-level code.
    - Familiar with ST processors arm based – advantage.
