Responsibilities
Perform day-to-day administration, configuration, and maintenance activities
Resolve escalated support requests from end-users relating to ERP and/or interdependent systems
Keep up to date with custom record types, fields, forms, roles and permissions, page layouts, reports, data models etc
Engage with business stakeholders to gather user/process information, functional requirements, and business process flows
Create requirements documentation, SOPs, training content and Knowledge Base materials for internal users
End-to-end implementation of no-/low-code configuration changes and enhancements
Co-ordinate with colleagues, vendors and/or third parties to deliver enhancements requiring additional development effort
Perform testing of enhancements or updates and co-ordinate internal UAT efforts
Write SQL queries to troubleshoot, support integrations or retrieve ad-hoc data sets
Assist with the deployment of new releases throughout analysis, design, development, testing and deployment activities
Qualifications
3+ years' experience administering ERP systems, preferably in a Distribution/ Manufacturing
Overall 10+ years working in the industry and performing ERP support/relevant experience
Demonstrated experience in Business Analysis, requirements capture and process design/documentation
Experience with SQL, Microsoft Office 365 suite, Excel
Strong organizational skills and the ability to effectively manage competing priorities
Experience working in a team-oriented, collaborative environment, able to train and lead when required
Must have strong communication and time management skills
