This Edmonton based Estimator will be successful if they are skilled at interpreting production order information, including part descriptions, material grade, documents and drawings.This Estimator role is looking for machinists with experience in working with carbon, high chrome as well as nickel-based alloys. based out of South Edmonton this industry leader is looking for their Estimator to really enjoy the creativity that comes with planning special projects and being the key to providing an exceptional experience to their customers.

Daily tasks can include:
•Read and interpret drawings and blueprints to estimate manufacturing time and source appropriate resources
•Source and maintain vendor relationships
•Determine and prepare delivery schedules
•Creation of quotes

•Computer Knowledge: Microsoft AX, Microsoft Suite, Adobe, ERP/CRM systems
•High school diploma
•5+ years machining experience in both milling and turning operations.
•Journeyman Machinist Ticket
•General knowledge of products and services in relation to the oil and gas industry.
