This General Contractor offers full-cycle construction management for commercial interior spaces from concept design to construction completion comprising of renovations, remodels, retrofits and additions.
What you bring:
• 5 years experience preparing bid proposals / estimating with a solid track record of winning bids in commercial construction
• Proficiency in construction cost estimating software and tools
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills

Responsibilities
Work closely with architects, engineers, and project managers in order to develop accurate cost estimates
Conduct regular cost analysis and forecasting to ensure project budgets remain on track
Review project plans and specifications to identify potential cost-saving opportunities and value engineering options
Review subcontractor and supplier quotes to ensure accuracy and competitiveness of pricing
Maintain records of cost estimates, subcontractor and supplier quotes, and other project-related documents
Develop relationships with subcontractors and suppliers to ensure competitive pricing and timely delivery of materials and services
Conduct regular cost analysis and forecasting to ensure project budgets remain on track and keep stakeholders informed of changes
Continuously monitor industry trends, methods and construction materials to identify potential cost-saving opportunities
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, or a related field
