Responsibilities
-Monitor the market to identify new tender opportunities
-Attend site meetings for new tenders
-Review tender documents and specifications
-Perform quantity take offs
-Obtain quotes and work directly with Project Management
-Utilize Bid2Win
-Prepare preliminary construction schedules
-Negotiate subcontractor agreements and terms
Qualifications
- 3 years experience minimum, preferably in paving, concrete and asphalt
- Valid G Class Licence, travel within the GTA is required
- Experience with Bid2Win
- Knowledge of MS Office
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
