Randstad Canada is looking for a Warehouse Team Coordinator for a warehouse located in Cote de Liesse. This person will be present on the floor with the employees. He/she will supervise, manage production and support employees. Versatility is therefore a highly important quality.
Schedule: Monday to Friday 3h30 pm to 11h30pm
Salary $26/hr
2 paid 15-minute breaks
30-minute unpaid lunch break
** Please note that training will take place at the LAVAL warehouse during the DAY, but that starting August 7, the job will be at theCote de Liesse warehouse during the EVENING

The Warehouse Team Coordinator will, among other things:
- Plan the day's schedule
- Ensure employees understand their tasks
- Ensure production deadlines are met
- Adopt a positive and motivating attitude
- Ensure that incoming and outgoing products are in good condition
- Maintain warehouse cleanliness, organization and safety
- Ensure flawless merchandise quality control
Qualifications
Skills expected of an excellent warehouse team coordinator :
- Warehouse or industrial experience
- MUST BE BILINGUAL ENGLISH-FRENCH **
- Ability to spend shift standing or walking
- Ability to manage a work team
- Ability to lift, carry, push and pull
- Detail-oriented
- Manage priorities
- Able to handle pressure
- Own a car to travel between warehouses
