In this role, you would be responsible for the overall efficiency and smooth operations of the events floor! We are looking for professionals with project coordination, events coordination, and hospitality experience, no less than 2 years.

- Work timing Monday to Friday - 8 to 5
Responsibilities
-Coordinating the events from internal teams and external
-Providing catering services to clients and stakeholders
-Assisting with kitchen stock maintenance
-Assist with office services email, when required
-Occasionally coverer the floor`s reception area
-Perform other duties as assigned
Qualifications
-High school diploma or GED or Equivalent combination of education and experience
-Minimum of 2 years experience in hospitality, events planning, and project management
-High level of customer service experience required
-Proficiency with MS Office Suite like Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
-Strong organizational and problem-solving skills with a high level of urgency
-Represent a professional and engaging demeanour when conducting business and communication
-Demonstrate ability to communicate effectively to third-party vendors and stakeholders
-Food safety certification or in the progress of being certified is considered an asset
