Responsibilities
In this role, you will be responsible for:
Brand & Marketing:
• Manage and implement the firm's brand strategy across all digital and print assets.
Event Management:
• Lead the end-to-end planning, budgeting, and execution of all signature annual events (Investor Conference, Award Gala, Holiday Party).
Marketing Communications:
• Create and execute all event-related marketing (social media, website, press releases) and track analytics.
Vendor & Platform Management:
• Oversee all creative and event vendors; manage event software, registration, and guest inquiries.
Internal Support:
• Provide marketing support to internal teams and participate on committees.
Qualifications
What YOU bring to the table:
• Minimum 2 years of experience in event production and marketing communications.
• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator) and Microsoft Office.
• Strong competency in digital marketing, including LinkedIn, WordPress, and web analytics.
• Proven experience overseeing creative and A/V vendors.
• Exceptional project management, communication, and time management skills.
• Self-motivated, results-oriented, and a strong work ethic.
• Experience with event management software an asset.
