Responsibilities
The role is to work with the Vice Presidents and the President to coordinate administrative procedures. In practical terms, what does this entail? Well, it entails the following tasks and more.
- Drafting, editing and formatting all executive documents and correspondence, including committee minutes in French and English
- Coordinate the organization of appointments and meetings
- Manage agendas
- Plan and coordinate business travel; make reservations for accommodations, conference rooms, transportation, restaurants and equipment for various meetings
- Analyze reports, make presentations and participate in the creation of PowerPoint
- Make requests for various quotes;
- Create various documents on various platforms
- Participate in the development and implementation of policies
- Provide administrative support (file follow-up, expense accounts, budget follow-up, etc.)
- Participate in the setting up of corporate events
- Perform more physical tasks: Preparation of orders, packaging and shipping, floor plan, etc.
- All other tasks related to general administration
Qualifications

- A minimum of 2 to 4 years of relevant experience
