Managing email and communication with clients and suppliers

Organizing travel arrangements and itineraries
Handling confidential information and completing administrative tasks
Supporting the executive in various projects and initiatives
Qualifications
Fluently bilingual oral a must, written can be more basic
Excellent organizational skills
Excellent word and excel skills
Excellent Microsoft Outlook skills
Excellent interpersonal skills
