Our client, a leading accounting firm, at their office in DT Vancouver is looking for an Executive Assistant. You will work full-time hours and earn up to $35 per on a 4-month contract (with high possibility of extension or perm), and be responsible for the following:

• Meet the various internal needs of the firm for office software and administrative support, prepare a variety of documents such as memos, invoices and engagement letters
• Organize and coordinate meetings and other internal or external activities
• Manage an agenda and open client/mandates
• Process invoices, organize partner and staff travel arrangements
• Review a variety of documents, maintain up-to date contact information of partner
● Monitor Outlook calendar. coordination of meeting logistics and preparation of supporting materials.
● Assist with travel arrangements—make bookings in advance, prepare an itinerary, coordinate last minute changes (flights, cars, hotels, team communications), maintain travel profiles, assist with directions; handle passport and visa issues.
● Process submission of expenses; provide a recurring review of expense submissions.
● Reserve conference rooms; arrange for catering; set up conference calls.

• Gain experience working for a globally recognized accounting firm
• Earn the competitive rate up to $35 per hour
• Work full-time hours on a 4-month assignment (with the high possibility of extension or perm)

• Advanced computer skills in Microsoft Office: Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Adobe Acrobat
• Minimum of 4 years of experience as an executive or Sr. administrative assistant
• Ability to build excellent interpersonal relationships and proven ability to work in a team effectively
• Fluent in English
• Demonstrated ability to prioritize tasks based on relative importance and urgency
• Discrete, available, autonomous and self-starter
• Proactive, critical thinker -- takes ownership of their administrative role and the impact that it has on the team
