Responsibilities
-Supporting a Managing Partner with calendar management, travel management
-Communication with clients professionally
-Supporting the Marketing and Communications national divisions
-Other administrative tasks as assigned
Qualifications
-previous experience working as an executive assistant, preferably in the corporate sector
-Ability to flourish in a high-pressure/tight deadline-driven work environment
-Proficiency in MS Office (word, excel) is a must.
-This role requires paying attention to details and a sharp focus on quality
-Proven ability to work in a team and good written and verbal communication
- Ability to understand numbers and calculations
-Team player with a positive attitude
