Reporting to the CEO, Canada and working closely with the Client Services team, the Administration Assistant will work across a broad range of financial, HR and Office Management activities.

- Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
- Salary: $65,000 to $75,000, depending on experience

What your day will look like as an Executive Assistant in Montreal downtown:
•Working in Quickbooks and Powerpay, proactively manage and track accounts payable and accounts receivable
•Proactively report on financials using Quickbooks and other tools when and as required
•Process Ceriden payroll on bimonthly basis
•Process staff expense claims using Expensify
•Plan and book travel and accommodation for senior members of staff
•Plan and book team events as requested by senior staff
•Manage senior management agenda
•Order and manage IT equipment and office supplies
•Onboard new employees
•Participate in and contribute to team meeting discussions
Qualifications
Do you have what it takes for this Executive Assistant position in Montreal Downtown?
Our successful candidate will have an administration, executive assistant or an office management background and can work independently and as part of a team.
You will have experience in the following areas:
•A minimum of 5 years office experience is required for this position
•Knowledge of Quickbooks, Powerpay/Ceridian payroll is a must
•Practised at following through and completing tasks on time
•Proficiency in solving problems in ambiguous situations
•Ability to take decisions, independently, in order to complete tasks
•Familiar with methods and tools to keep senior management advised on status of tasks
•Resourceful in managing global teams requirements across different time zones
•Discretion when working with sensitive company and personal information
