Do you have previous executive assistant experience and are very detailed oriented? Do you have professional-level MS Suites and are looking to apply your skills in a top 5 bank? If so we have an exciting opportunity for you!

We are currently looking for an Executive Assistant to complete a 10 days vacation coverage with one of our top 5 banking clients in Downtown Toronto.

Pay rate: $35.48/ hour
Shifts: Monday to Friday 8:30 am- 5:00 pm
Start Date: Nov 5th,2019

As an Executive Assistant your responsibilities will include but not be limited to:
-80% working through email; 20% on the telephone
- Supervise general office duties such as ordering supplies, maintaining records management systems, and performing basic bookkeeping work.
- Review and approve invoices, reports, memos, letters, financial statements, and other documents.
- Review and approve corporate documents, records, and reports.
- Read and analyze incoming memos, submissions, and reports to determine their significance and plan their distribution.
- Prepare agendas and make arrangements for committee, board and other meetings.
- Make arrangements for travel, planning meetings, etc

Qualifications
- Calendaring experience
- MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, Powerpoint and Internet Explorer)
- Organized and attention to detail
