Do you have 1-3 years of previous administrative support experience in an office environment? Are you strong in Excel and are passionate about the banking sector? Our client, a multinational bank, is looking for an Executive Assistant for a 3 month contract in Vancouver!

Pay rate: $24.00/hr
Hours: Monday to Friday, 40 hours per week

As an Executive Assistant your main job duties will include:
- Review and manage emails and calendar
- Submit expenses
- Prepare presentations on Powerpoint
- Take meeting minutes
- Book and arrange travel and accommodation
- Review quarterly client invoices before sending to clients
- Maintain client files
- Handle ad hoq requests as needed

Qualifications
- 1-3 years of experience in a general office environment and operations.
- Proficient in MS Word and Powerpoint (intermediate Excel)
- Ability to show initiative and work with minimal supervision

- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Attention to detail
- Ability to work under pressure and deliver on tight deadlines
- Ability to work autonomously and plan appropriately
