In a newly build office in Vaudreuil, supporting the president and the two co-founders-CEOs, our client is looking to add an amazing Executive Assistant to join their dynamic team!

Responsibilities
Draft letters and documents for the management;
Attend various meetings and take notes;
Prepare correspondence, agenda and minutes of meetings;
Manage phone calls and messages for the management team;
Represent the management team with professionalism and confidence in both verbal and written communications;
Maintain/update the management team Office calendar, diaries and schedules;
Organize meetings via Teams, Zoom or other media;
Complete all administrative tasks;
Manage requests according to priorities and ensure timely follow-up;
Maintain, file and update management files;
Schedule travel arrangements and expense reports;
Help with acquisition files;
Preparer and manage reports for the management team;
All other related tasks.
Qualifications
5 years of experience directly related to administrative support;
Experience with Microsoft 365 suite including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, OneDrive-SharePoint and other tools within the suit;
Comfortable with continuous change to tools, processes and methodologies and ability to adapt on the fly;
Professional study diploma (DEP), or AEC in a relevant field;
Excellent communication skills in French and English (spoken and written);
Ability to plan, organize, prioritize, take initiative;
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with strong editing, translation, and proofreading abilities
Discretion, team spirit and dedication to the task;
Demonstrated teamwork, collaborative approach, organization, dynamism, and work quality; excellent proven initiative.
