Responsibilities
-Manage and maintain the executive's schedule, appointments, and travel arrangements.
-Coordinate and schedule meetings, events, and conferences.
-Prepare and organize documents, reports, and presentations.
-Perform general administrative tasks such as answering phone calls, responding to emails, and managing correspondence.
-Maintain confidential information and ensure that all sensitive information is protected.
-Assist in budget preparation and tracking of expenses.
-Support other administrative staff as needed.
Qualifications
-A minimum of 5 years of Executive support experience.
-Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and Outlook).
-Strong demonstrated abilities in: communication; time management and prioritization in a fast-paced environment;
-Ability to work independently; applying tact and sound judgment
-Experience supporting senior management will be considered an asset.
-Experience in a health care related field considered an asset
