    Are you a dynamic, detail-oriented and a people driven professional with a 5 plus years of experience as an Executive Assistant supporting C-Suite executives ? Is being a strategic and independent thinker a part of your working style in a professional environment?

    This role will support the team based out of Coquitlam Office for support, administrative and secretarial requirements in a professional, confidential and efficient manner.

    Responsibilities
    -Manage complex professional and social requirements of the CEO and plan ahead accordingly
    -Maintain calendar for the CEO and update as required for effective time utilization
    -Manage calls and emails for the CEO in accordance to priority lists
    -Draft and prepare correspondence, presentations, reports, projects, meeting agendas, events and
    other assignments
    - Handle book keeping and invoicing for the office
    -Act independently and strategically in the absence of CEO for any corrective decisions
    -Handle calls and messages for the CEO and direct them wherever necessary
    -Supports CEO and leadership team’s strategic goals and objectives for advancement
    -Communicate effectively with key internal and external partners

    Qualifications
    You will be a Executive Assistant if you :

    - Can conduct assertiveness as required to ensure the job completion whilst maintaining a professional and friendly manner
    - Have excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
    - Able to act and work independently and think proactively
    - Posses high attention to detail
    - Have an ability to communicate and engage with various businesses globally
    - Maintain organized approach to priority planning
    - Have adaptivity to dynamic business needs and environment
    - Are experienced user of Outlook, Word, Excel, SharePoint
    - Have acquired a good understanding of IT skills
