    Do you come from 5-10 experience as an executive assistant and are looking for your next career opportunity? Do you come from a small to medium sized organization and have experience wearing many hats in your past positions? Then we might have the perfect opportunity for you! We are currently hiring for an Executive Assistant in the Milton area! The ideal candidate will come from experience supporting C-level executives with anything from calendar management, travel arrangements, preparing reports, event coordination and general office administration. This is a full time permanent position with the ability to work Hybrid (two days work from home).

    Responsibilities
    - Work with the CEO and Vice President of Sales in managing administrative functions within the department including but not limited to generating reports, managing meeting invitations for teams and coordinating functions/catering lunches
    - Act as the primary contact within the recruitment cycle for the organization from vetting candidates to conducting initial interviews
    - Putting together onboarding documents for new employees
    - Managing the Vulnerable Security checks for all employees within the organization as background checks expire and need to be renewed
    - Assisting with the drafting of corporate policies and current internal literature within the organization
    - Manage all business and office contracts, company memberships and any upcoming renewals
    - Work in conjunction with external marketing agencies with creating internal content for the organization's internal communications as well as content for clients
    - Assist various departments with compiling data and creating reports
    - Provide general project management as required and timelines to different departments


    Qualifications
    - A minimum of 5-7 years of experience in Executive Assistance or Office Management is required for this position
    - Great organizational, listening and communication skills are required to be successful in this position
    - Ability to work well with others as well as independently when required
    - Attention to detail and the ability to see projects through to completion
    - Ability to work well with tight deadlines
