    Our client, a Canadian communications firm, is looking to hire an Executive Assistant for their downtown Montreal office.

    What the company will offer you:
    - Permanent position;
    - 37.5h/week;

    - Salary range between $70k/year and $75k/year depending on experience;

    Responsibilities
    Assistant (35% time):
    - Manage the Founding President's calendar, activities and some of the emails and coordinate events related to it ;
    - Take charge of certain deliverables;
    - Prepare presentations;
    - Participate in the writing, translation and editorial review of documents
    - Participate in networking;
    - Provide leadership to the administrative team and management of the Montreal office;
    - Coordinate, plan and follow up on weekly management and committee meetings (marketing, finance, HR, customer service and sales);

    Special Projects (35% of time) :
    - Assume responsibility for the completion of management special projects, with or without assistance from colleagues (research, analysis, innovation, new services, etc.);
    - Organize special events for management such as conferences, business meetings, tours, trips, anniversaries, retirements, etc;
    - Follow-up on the timeline of initiatives resulting from management meetings and committees; support the team in the realization of these initiatives;

    Support in client projects (30% of time):
    - Research, writing, etc. for various clients as needed by the team.
    - Any other related tasks;


    Qualifications
    7 years experience as an executive assistant or similar position;
    - Ability to deliver multi-person mandates with tact and efficiency
    - Impeccable and proactive attitude;
    - Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage priorities;
    - Great flexibility (extra hours as needed, ability to work on more urgent projects, etc.);
    - Excellent organizational and planning skills;
    - Excellent oral and written French and English (bilingual);
    - Autonomy, proactivity and efficiency;
    - Rigor and hard work;
    - Respect and integrity;
    - Very good writing and editing skills (in French and English);
    - Mastery of office software (MS Office Suite);
    - Agility with GSuite (an asset);
    - Be a leader - cabinet to cabinet for management;
