Our client, an important entity in the financial & banking field, is looking to hire an a high profile Executive Assistant to support the Regional Senior Vice President(s) in the overall success of the organization by greeting and directing customers to the appropriate resource, taking and relaying branch messages, producing documents, reports and presentations, and providing general administrative support in an accurate and timely manner of his/her schedule for their downtown Montreal office.

Responsibilities
The successful candidate will provide administrative support to the Vice President(s) in day to day management of his/her schedule for their downtown Montreal office.
This position will include :
- Preparing entries / transactions and supporting documentation to process payments;
- Recording /inputting / documenting data to track, monitor and control expenses;
- Providing supporting information reports to management to support decisions;
- Producing statistical reports to assist in the budget processes.
- Compiling reporting of sales activities from the CRM system and various other spreadsheets.
- Preparing a quarterly report of the region’s activities for the VP & Head, Region.
- Assisting in preparation of a quarterly newsletter for regional staff.
- Other reporting and communication to the region as required.
Qualifications
QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED:
➢ Minimum 2 years of high level administrative support to senior or executive management, teams and/or executives;
➢Very articulate with strong verbal/written communication skills in English and in French
➢Good PC skills, including MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and Email programs;
➢Excellent organizational skills;
➢High level of discretion required when dealing in confidential matters
SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS:
➢ Excellent synthesis skills;
➢ Diplomacy, judgment, thoroughness and discretion;
➢ Organizational and collaborative skills;
➢ Team player;
