Our client, a company specialized in the field of supply chain technology, is looking to hire an Executive Assistant for their downtown Montreal office.
Advantages
- 37.5 / week (hybrid remote work);
- 3 weeks of vacations;

- Salary range between 60 and 85k$/year (depending on experience);
Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support to the Senior VP as well as the Senior Management Team (Services);
- Manage schedules and preparations for meetings, events, travel, etc;
- Receive and screen calls related to the branch;
-Greeting visitors related to the branch;
- Handle and manage all administrative tasks and requests appropriately;
- Write and compile expense reports;
- Write, format, correct and translate various documents (English and French);
- Organize and coordinate Team Building activities;
- Administration of order management documents;
- Responsible for general administrative tasks of the team (filing, photocopying, etc.);
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 to 5 years of related experience;
- Organized, creative and able to multi-task;
- Professionalism is a must;
- Mastery of time management;
- Flexibility and ability to manage change and prioritize files;
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written);
- Bilingualism is imperative (French and English);
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint and Excel);
- Very good knowledge of SharePoint, Teams, Enterprise/WebEx (be techno friendly);
