Our client, an organization specialized in the health field, is looking to hire an Executive assistant for their downtown Montreal office.

Responsibilities
- General administrative support to the Finance and Quality Department;
- Management of calendars with the directors;
- Conference room reservations for meetings (room set-up, computer hook-up, ordering catering if needed, etc.)
- Writing, formatting, editing and translation of various documents (in French and English);
- Taking notes during meetings and taking minutes;
- Work in conjunction with other departmental staff;
- Preparation of expense reports;
- All related administrative tasks;
Qualifications
- DEC in administration, office automation or any other relevant field or equivalent work experience;
- Minimum experience of 3 to 5 years in a similar position;
- Knowledge of the health sector (an asset);
- General knowledge of the regulations related to the mission of a professional order (an asset);
- Excellent command of French and English, both oral and written;
- Excellent command of the Office Suite and collaborative tools (Teams, SharePoint);
- Autonomy, initiative and sense of responsibility, adaptability;
- Verbal communication, tact and diplomacy, teamwork;
- Problem-solving, priority management and attention to detail;
