Our client, a company specialized in the transportation and energy sector, is looking to hire an Executive Assistant for their downtown Montreal office.
Advantages
- 37.5 / week (at work)
- 3 weeks off;

- Salary range between 50 and 67k$/year (depending on experience);
Responsibilities
- Collaborates in the implementation and follow-up of strategic actions, as requested;
- Translates documents from French to English and vice versa or has them translated when appropriate;
- Ensures that the quality standards of the various deliverables and filing systems are respected according to the standards established by the company (graphic standards, layout and quality);
- Coordinating team meetings, conference calls and management committees, and following up with the participants involved;
- Responsible for inventory, logistics and office management, including management of keys, access codes and minor repairs, and maintains a good relationship with the building manager;
- Collaborates occasionally with the President's office of the other company on certain priority and ad hoc files and may provide support, when necessary, to the Executive Secretary - President's Office;
- Ensures that work areas are clean and professional;
- All other related administrative duties;
Qualifications
- Professional or college training in secretarial, office automation or equivalent;
- Relevant secretarial experience of at least 3-5 years in an environment requiring working with several people and on several projects simultaneously;
- Mastery of Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, Teams and Outlook software as well as a good aptitude for learning other computer tools. Proficiency in image or photo editing software will be an asset;
- Excellent writing skills and very high level of proficiency in English and French;
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (oral and written);
- Flexibility and availability;
