Salary between 80 000$ and 95 000$ depending on experience

Responsibilities
Coordinate schedules, meetings and travel for the General Manager including visa requests
Assist senior management in the day-to-day management of the company's operations and ensure the management of expense accounts.
Manage the company's internal and external communications.
Prepare and edit reports, presentations and professional documents.
Research and provide relevant information to support decision making
Qualifications
Previous experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar administrative role.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in French and English.
Ability to work independently, manage priorities and meet deadlines.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and modern communication tools.
Discretion and confidentiality in handling sensitive information.
