- Temporary contract of 3 months
- Workplace : Hybrid (4 days / week in the office and 1 day in telecommuting)
- Schedule: Monday to Friday
- Salary: $25-30 / hour, depending on experience

Responsibilities
What your day will look like as an Executive Assistant in the field of sustainable development in Downtown Montreal :
- Managing all company activities, including calendar and email management;
- Act as a point of contact, liaison for the company, communicating and acting as a support in various administrative ways;
- Assisting in the creation and execution of presentations;
- Processes various information;
- Prepares, maintains and tracks correspondence and documents;
- Develops and prepares reports and briefing materials and participates in special projects;
- Ensure the efficient and timely flow of information into and out of the department, with an emphasis on meeting scheduled deadlines and/or target dates;
- Coordinate and co-facilitate internal and external meetings as needed;
- Work collaboratively with team members to improve processes and streamline work in collaboration with the entire Executive Support team;
- Any other related duties.
Qualifications
Do you have what it takes to be an executive assistant in the field of sustainable development in downtown Montreal?
- English required (spoken and written), French an asset;
- 5+ years of administrative experience at the executive level;
- Strong written and oral communication skills;
- Professionalism, motivation, autonomy, organizational skills and priority management;
- Advanced knowledge of MS Office suite and general knowledge of technologies.
