We are looking for a confident and highly professional Executive Assistant to support our client in the Health care industry located in North York that can think on their feet, make educated decisions, and provide International calendar management, This position will be a hybrid role.
**This position requires a valid driver's license and access to a vehicle.

Responsibilities
-Maintain CEO calendars for all non-patient events, including internal events, conferences, media, and personal events
-Research, draft, and edit professional and personal correspondence
- Schedule conference calls, Skype calls, and meetings (domestic and international)
- Ensure that records are current, correct, legible, and traceable
- Coordinate CEO travel and book transportation, meetings, and lodging
- Perform Personal Assistant tasks such as tracking personal events for the CEO, purchasing gifts, securing items required, and running errands
- Attend meetings as directed and ensure that refreshments and food are available
Qualifications
- Must have a valid driver's license and car to assist the CEO if needed
- Min 2 years of consistent work experience as an Executive Assistant (salary will be compensated based on experience )
- Experience or familiarity with social media for promotional purposes
- Meticulous attention to detail
- Proficiency in working with Microsoft Office programs and use of the internet
- Post-secondary education in office administration, administrative assistance, or related
