Responsibilities
- Manage executive files not limited to digital and hard copies; coordinate signing of documents and contracts as needed
- Maintain confidentiality and discretion in all C-suite matters, recognizing that you represent and are entrusted with the reputation of the firm’s leadership.
- Manage executive projects; follow up on results
- Proactively maintain executives’ calendars by planning and scheduling meetings, conferences, teleconferences, and travel.
- Prepare and manage reports, meeting materials, and other communications
- Distribute financial statements to internal and external stakeholders
Qualifications
- Must be able to maintain confidentiality and be discreet
- Comfortable with MS Office
- Exceptional organization skills
- 5-10 years of experience supporting senior level executives
- Pass a criminal record check
