This is what your day to day will look like as an Executive Assistant :
Key Responsibilities:
Provide high-level administrative support to the Senior Management team, including scheduling,meetings, managing calendars, and coordinating travel arrangements.
Act as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, including clients, vendors, and other industry professionals.
Prepare and edit presentations, reports, and other documents as required.
Organize and maintain files and records, ensuring they are up to date and easily accessible.
Coordinate and organize events and meetings, including scheduling rooms, ordering food and equipment, and coordinating attendees.
Provide translation support for internal and external communication.
Open and maintain accounts for new and existing clients, as well as initiate and follow up on transfers.

Qualifications:
Minimum of 5 years of experience as an Executive Assistant in a fast-paced environment.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, in English and French.
Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask.
Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work well with a team.
Experience in Wealth Management or Financial Services Industry is a plus.
Knowledge of account opening, and transfer process is a plus.
