Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support in order to ensure the effective and efficient functioning of various tasks.
- Organize work information to ensure accuracy and completeness.
- Assist with various ongoing projects and initiatives, such as maintaining protocols, checklists and databases.
- Liaison with all necessary departments.
- Assist with the effective preparation and planning of supported department’s activities.
- Provide support by helping with any issue of a confidential and sensitive matter.
- Utilize tools, processes and communication and work proactively to support the efficient management.
- Demonstrate a high level of professionalism in dealing with confidential and sensitive issues
- Perform other duties and tasks that may be required from time to time.
- Coordinating the general office operations, scheduling appointments and meetings. The role coordinates special events such as townhalls and training seminars.
Qualifications
- Strong written & verbal skills (English & French)
- 3-5 years relevant experience
- Strong Excel skills
- Strong people and communication skills
- Organized with the ability to work independently
- Motivated and positive team player
- Understands the dynamics of running a business
- Expert in Outlook and Microsoft Office
- Excellent Time management skills
