If you're a seasoned Executive Assistant looking for a contract in professional and corporate environment in downtown Toronto, you can join a reputable company in the Insurance/Financial industry right now.

In this role, you will be providing high level administrative support to executives of one of Canada's best-known financial companies. This role is ideal for candidates who can proactively anticipate the needs of the executive in a dynamic and fast paced environment.

Duties include:
*Heavy calendar management
*Coordinating meetings extensively
*Preparing and distributing reports/communications
*Travel arrangements
*Expense reporting and budget keeping
*Answering and screening calls
*Providing other administrative duties as required

Qualifications
Minimum 5 years of experience working as an Executive Assistant
Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
Proficient in MS Office
