If you're a seasoned Executive Assistant looking for a contract in professional and corporate environment in downtown Toronto, you can join a reputable company in the technologies industry.

In this role, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to one of the company's Directors. Duties include:
● Calendar management - prioritizing conflicting meeting requests and managing the Director's even speaking engagements
● Organizing travel arrangements - creating travel packs for international trips
● Assembling agendas, meetings briefs, and other logistics for meetings
● Preparing correspondences and drafting documents
● Expense and statistical reporting
● Research
● Supervising clerical staff
● Screening phone calls, emails, mails, and visitors
● Organizing office space
● Coordinating adhoc projects as needed

Work for a leading international IT and networking company
Downtown Toronto location
Walking distance from Union station
1 year contract - possibility of extension
Monday to Friday
Start date: June 17th, 2019

● 6+ years experience as an Executive Assistant (minimum 1 year supporting Director level and above)
● Excellent verbal and written communication skills
● Proficient in MS Office tools - Expert knowledge in Mac/Windows
● Strong interpersonal skills - collaborative
● Ability to format high level presentations
● Advanced calendar management

Nice to Have
● Previous high-tech industry experience
