Are you a self-starter that with over 3 years of administrative experience? Are you ready to move into the Health Care realm and land a fulfilling new career? Are you looking to move into an Executive Assistant role?

If yes, this is the perfect opportunity for you, as our client in the Health Care regulatory space is looking to find a dynamic Executive Assistant to join their downtown Toronto team!

A DAY IN THE LIFE:

In this role, your job will include and not be limited to:
• be the right hand to 2 senior executives and support their respective teams
• manage complex calendars and liaise with external and internal stakeholders to coordinate meetings
• coordinate travel and accommodations
• engage with multiple parties to ensure projects are on time and budget
• draft correspondences, reports, meeting packages, and presentations
• prepare agendas and take meeting minutes
• database and CRM management
• assist with projects focused on centralizing administrative and office service requests
• back up support to senior Executive Assistants
• assist on any ad hoc administrative and clerical requests

Qualifications
MUST HAVES:

• Completed college or university diploma
• Minimum of 3+ years of administrative experience
• Strong public relations and stakeholder relations skills
• Self-starter with a team-oriented mindset
• Highly proficient with Microsoft Office suite and ability to grasp new technology quickly
• Impeccable attention to detail
• The ability to work under pressure and with little direction
• Experience with scheduling and coordinating high level meetings and events

NICE TO HAVES:

• Experience working with a board and NGO organizations
• Bilingual in French and English (fluent in verbal and written communications) is highly preferred
• Experience working in the Health care field or an affiliate industry.
