If you're a seasoned Executive Assistant looking for a permanent position in a professional and corporate environment in downtown Toronto, you can join a reputable company in the Insurance/Financial industry right now.

In this role, you will be providing high level administrative support to the SVP & CFO of Canadian Finance at one of Canada's best-known financial companies. This role is ideal for candidates who can proactively anticipate the needs of the executive in a dynamic and fast paced environment.

Duties include:
*Heavy calendar management
*Coordinating meetings extensively
*Preparing and distributing reports/communications
*Travel arrangements
*Expense reporting and budget keeping
*Answering and screening calls
* Organizing business and sponsored social events, both on and off-site
*Providing other administrative duties as required

Downtown Toronto location
Permanent Position
$60,000 - 75,000 based on experience
15 days vacation per year
Flexible Benefits from day one
Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm
Start date: ASAP

University Degree Required
Minimum 5 years of project management, business, operations, or administrative support experience preferred
Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
Proficient in MS Office
Strong interpersonal skills
Proactive and takes initiative
Maintains confidentiality
Bilingual French/English is an asset
