Our client is an internationally recognized company that hosts major conferences and conventions who specializes in the pop culture space is looking to hire a dynamic Executive Assistant to join their team.

As an Executive Assistant to the VP, you are responsible for:
• manage the VP's complex calendar and book meetings
• coordinate travel international travel for the VP and the team
• process expenses and invoices
• prepare meeting materials, proposals, and decks
• support the Operations team with event, convention, and conference planning and execution
• source and liaise with vendors and suppliers
• assist with marketing initiatives
• travel to assist the team with the day of execution of conferences and conventions
• manage and track project progress and budgets
• ad hoc administrative tasks and projects

• annual salary ranging from $50,000 - $60,000 with the eligibility for bonus as well
• 2 weeks vacation with 2 weeks of personal days to use at your disposal

The PERFECT Candidate must have:
• 3 - 5 years of Executive Assistant experience in the fast paced world of hospitality, media, or tech
• experience supporting a VP level executive
• intensive calendar management and meeting coordination experience
• international travel coordination experience
• experience planning events and coordinating projects
• client management, vendor management, and stakeholder relations experience
• able to be as cool as a cucumber in constantly changing and face pace environments
• update to date with pop culture and able to utilize social media platforms
• resourceful, adaptable, and has a positive attitude
• must have a valid passport and can travel internationally
