Pay rate: $44.25/hourRotational shifts: Monday to FridayShift timings: 8:30am-5:00pmAdvantages●Gain experience working for a leading and globally recognized organization●Earn a competitive rate within the industry●Start date is ASAPResponsibilitiesAs an Executive Assistant, your duties will include but not be limited to:●Supervising general office duties such as ordering supplies, maintaining records management systems, and performing basic bookkeeping work.●Reviewing and approving invoices, reports, memos, letters, financial statements, and other documents.●Reviewing and approving corporate documents, records, and reports.●Reading and analyzing incoming memos, submissions, and reports to determine their significance and plan their distribution.●Preparing agendas and making arrangements for committee, board and other meetings.●Making arrangements for travel, planning meetings, etcQualifications●High school diploma or GED required. Bachelors Preferred●8-10 years’ experience required.
