This Executive Assistant role will be reporting to three Senior Vice-Presidents and will provide high-level, confidential, and proactive administrative support to two Senior Vice-Presidents.
The ideal candidate will possess a proven ability to successfully execute tasks that involve independent and practical thinking, a high level of accuracy, and excellent judgment and problem-solving abilities in both novel and routine situations.

Responsibilities
- Calendar Management - Coordinating meetings and travel for the senior leaders.
- Managing expenses, including preparing and submitting reports to the Finance department.
- Utilizing a high degree of professionalism and initiative to anticipate and meet the needs of the SVPs.
- Coordinating the delivery and pick of mail and couriers.
- Maintaining personnel files and providing necessary documentation for Human Resources and Payroll departments.
- Completing advanced word processing tasks, formatting and proofreading memos, correspondence, reports, and presentations.
Qualifications
- Min 5 years of progressive administrative experience in a fast-paced, demanding professional environment, with at least three years supporting senior management.
- Proven advanced computer skills, particularly MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Zoom, and MS Teams.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize, organize, and manage a high volume of time-sensitive, highly detailed, and confidential information.
- Experience working at a wealth management or asset management firm would be an asset.
- Knowledge of SAP is an asset
