Our client, a local and international property management company (residential, commercial, institutional and community), is looking to hire an Executive Assistant for their downtown Montreal office.
Advantages
- 37,5 hours per week (at the office);
- 2 weeks of vacations (closed between Christmas and New Year's Day / paid);

Responsibilities
Diary management
- Assist the associate in his administrative tasks (agenda, emails
phone calls, etc.);
- Organize internal and/or external meetings (Microsoft Teams,
Zoom or other platform);
- Plan and manage the associate's agenda, meetings and coordinate travel
travel;
- Follow up on communications sent by management (emails);
- Maintain contact databases;
- Organize the associate's travel (travel, hotels, airfare, etc.)

- Organize the associate's travel (travel, hotels, plane tickets, etc.); Register for external events (forums, conferences, etc.)

- As needed, write minutes and other reports of meetings;
Accounting:
- Prepare monthly expense accounts;

- Layout and bind documents;
- Writing, creating, editing and formatting correspondence or PowerPoint
PowerPoint presentations (with graphs or charts);
- Checking data, grammar and aesthetics of documents for accuracy

- Take initiative and be proactive on a daily basis in

Qualifications
o College degree, or equivalent combination of education ;
o Minimum of three years of professional experience in a similar position;
o Bilingualism in French and English (required);
o Proficiency in the use of MS Office and other relevant software;
o Discretion and high ethical standards in dealing with confidential and sensitive information;
o Professionalism, flexibility and excellent organizational and communication skills;
o Ability to work independently under pressure and time constraints;
o Good multi-tasking project management skills;
o Team player with the ability to work effectively as part of a team with senior managers and leaders and at all levels of the organization;
o Ability to exercise good judgment, initiative and be proactive
o Techno-friendly
