Responsibilities
-Provide a wide range of advanced and confidential administrative office support to the executives daily
-Manage the flow of information through the Executive's office, handling directly, or directing that information to the appropriate team for action and
ensuring follow-up.
-Coordinate, manage and follow-up on special projects, assignments and other duties as required.
-Support the leasing department in creating presentations.
-Coordinate the creation of marketing and promotional materials required by the leasing department
-Update brochures and website, production of email marketing
-Maintain an annual marketing calendar and gather required information from various departments in order coordinate execution of marketing requirements.
Support executives in preparing confidential PowerPoint presentations.
Organize the logistic for executive/corporate trips and the company’s presence at external industry events or conferences.
Digital display images for show
Assist in organizing all meetings
Registrations/accommodations/ booth management/membership
Qualifications
Resourceful and organized with strong follow-up and priority management skills.
Some basic digital marketing experience required, social medias, content creation, data analysis etc.
Self-starter with the ability to work independently, as well as part of a team.
Good writing and oral skills/command of the French and English language
update and translate documents and presentations as required.
Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office – PowerPoint is a must
Internal and external communication skills; written and verbal communication skills to communicate clearly and effectively with all levels of employees.
Able to manage highly confidential information with discretion.
Demonstration of strong values – loyalty, integrity, focus and accountability.
Ability to multitask to manage several projects at once.
