Responsibilities
• Write and edit memos, letters and corporate legal documents
• Tracking and sending commercial packages and courier
• Electronic filing of documents related to the Finance and Legal departments
• Monitor business and financial transactions as requested
• Draft interdepartmental communications on an international level
• Organize the CFO’s calendar, assist in arranging meetings and events
• Provide occasional assistance to the receptionist
Qualifications
• 5 years of experience as executive secretary or similar administrative role
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 (specifically Sharepoint)
• Excellent spoken and written skills in English due to communication on a global level with our offices across Canada, US, Asia, South America.
• Ability to communicate in French is an asset.
• DEC in business administration or a related field is considered an asset
• Resourceful person with a professional demeanor and high level of discretion
• Superior organizational skills
• Ability to anticipate needs, filter through information and prioritize workload
• Independently motivated, with the ability to take on tasks and duties without immediate direction
