    We are looking for an experienced Project Coordinator supporting the project management executives The candidate in this role brings great resilience, professionalism and understanding of the project management practices as well as strong executive administrative abilities to support the client management.

    Anyone with minimum of 5 years of experience working with multiple projects would be a great fit for the role with an agile approach thinking. This role will assist the team based in Vancouver Downtown.

    Responsibilities
    Being a Project Coordinator, your responsibilities are but not limited to:
    - Supporting team by ensuring communicational flow to/from clients, prospective clients, suppliers and any administrative team through workflow systems management
    - Adapt to the agile approach of fulfilling project deadlines in an effective and priority manner
    - Proof reading of the documents and information required for any engagements with clients like RFP, contracts, SOW, research
    - Scheduling candidates and client meetings with the internal team for human solutions purposes
    - Follow up on the invoice management and assist the finance team with any deadlines
    - Handle client and team coordination for efficiency of deliverables and administrative processes
    - Exert professional demeanor in the workplace
    - Schedule meetings and engage with providing preparatory material required prior to meetings, interviews, travel for the consultants
    - Produce PowerPoints, proposals, status reports, account management plans with ability to use visual representation for the material
    - Handle any miscellaneous administrative tasks as per requirement


    Qualifications
    - High School Degree a must, University Degree preferred
    - Minimum of 4 years of experience required supporting the Senior Leadership Team in a senior administrative/project management capacity
    - Exceptional communicational skills ; both verbal and written
    - Excellent PowerPoint skills as well as intermediate MS Office skills
    - Experience in handling various project management at one time
    - Experience in Accounting software required, SAP preferably
    - Strong technological skills : SAP, Salesforce, teams, Office 365 and open to adapt to dynamic tech changes
    - Well versed with planning and coordination of internal and external stakeholder meetings and travel
