Position: Forklift Operator
Term: Contract (3 Weeks) with potential for a permanent position
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 am – 4:30 pm
Compensation: $20 - $21 per hour, depending on experience

Responsibilities
Equipment Operation: Utilize specialized material handling equipment, specifically stand-up electric narrow aisle and counterbalance forklifts.
Distribution and Receiving: Support warehouse logistics by coordinating the staging and transfer of materials, including loading and unloading transport vehicles.
Physical Requirements: Capable of performing sustained manual labor, routinely handling loads up to 50-75 lbs.
Regulatory Compliance: Ensure full compliance with all safety protocols and contribute to the upkeep of a hazard-free work area.
Qualifications
Certifications & Equipment Expertise: Valid certification as a forklift operator with demonstrated proficiency in operating stand-up electric narrow aisle forklifts and counterbalance forklifts.
Physical Stamina & Manual Dexterity: Proven capability in performing manual tasks, including frequent heavy lifting.
Interpersonal & Collaboration Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the capacity to work effectively both autonomously and within a team environment.
Commitment to Performance: Strong work ethic characterized by reliability and an unwavering commitment to safety standards.
